Agentic bookkeeping
Most bookkeeping is repetition: the same suppliers, the same kinds of costs, the same checks. An agent takes that over and records for every entry why it proposes it that way.
- Read bank transactions and purchase invoices and propose an entry
- Match payments and keep track of open items
- Set doubtful cases aside, with the reason
- Check VAT codes for consistency
Your staff review the proposals and approve or adjust them. We use those corrections to fine-tune the agent.
Agentic compilation of annual accounts
A compilation engagement is largely gathering, reconciling and investigating. An agent prepares that, so the accountant spends their time on judgement.
- Gather documents and balances from the records
- Draft the annual accounts in your own format
- Check reconciliations and investigate differences
- Prepare a list of questions for the client
The accountant reviews, adjusts and signs. The agent never finalises anything on its own.
Agentic payroll
Payroll needs precision and fixed deadlines. An agent processes the changes and compares each pay run with the previous one, so differences stand out before a payslip goes out.
- Process changes such as new hires, hours and leave
- Compare payslips with the previous period and flag differences
- Prepare the payroll tax return
- Ask the client for missing information
Your payroll administrator checks and sends.
Agentic tax returns
A tax return mostly takes time in gathering and checking. The agent does that groundwork and puts what needs attention at the top.
- Collect data from the records and earlier returns
- Draft returns for VAT, income tax and corporate income tax
- Flag differences with last year and points of attention
- Prepare an overview for the conversation with the client
Your tax adviser reviews and files. Nothing goes to the tax authorities without approval.
Data analysis and advice
This is where there is most to gain. Your firm already holds the figures of all its clients. Agents look for what stands out and turn it into a proposal for an advisory conversation.
- Signals per client: a falling margin, rising costs, an unusual season
- Comparisons with earlier periods
- A short advisory note to start the conversation
- An overview of which clients deserve a conversation now
Your firm no longer only looks back but also ahead, and advice becomes something you offer as standard.
Agentic marketing
Grow with clients who fit you, instead of with everyone. Agents look for companies where your expertise makes the difference.
- Find companies by sector, size and region
- For each company, the reasoning why it fits
- Prepare content that shows your expertise
- Set up follow-up, so nothing falls through the cracks
You choose who to talk to. The agent sends nothing without your approval.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
That depends on what the agent needs to do. After the introduction you get a plan per phase, with the hours. While we work, you see the hours and AI costs every month.
Does it work with our accounting software?
We connect to the software you already use, through its integration (API). In the introduction we look at which packages those are and what is possible.
Where is our clients' data stored?
The storage is in your own environment and in your name, so the data stays yours. To process it, the agent uses an AI service. Which one, and what it gets to see, is agreed with you in advance and put in writing.
Who is responsible if the agent makes a mistake?
Your firm stays responsible for what it signs off, just as today. That is why the agent prepares and a person decides. Every step the agent takes can be traced.
Do our people have to work differently?
A little: from entering to reviewing. We build the agent around your existing way of working and adjust it to what your team thinks of it.
